Print Specifications & File Requirements
To ensure your job prints perfectly first time, please review our file requirements and available specifications before submitting artwork.
Accepted File Formats
PDF (press-ready preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIFF. All fonts must be outlined or embedded. Minimum resolution 300 dpi at print size.
Paper Stocks
130gsm – 400gsm options available. Standard art board, premium uncoated, recycled kraft, and soft-touch laminate stocks on request. Ask about custom stock sourcing.
Finishes Available
Gloss laminate, matte laminate, soft-touch laminate, spot UV, foil stamp, and aqueous coating. Indicate your preferred finish in the quote request form.
Bleed & Safe Zone
Supply files with 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep critical content and text at least 4mm inside the trim line. Use CMYK colour mode — RGB files will be converted and colours may shift.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Express 1–2 day service available for select products — ask when requesting your quote.
Proofing Process
A digital soft proof is supplied for approval before production begins. No job goes to print without your written sign-off. Physical hardcopy proofs available on request for large runs.

What file format should I submit my artwork in?
Press-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and TIFF files. All fonts should be outlined or embedded, and all images must be at least 300 dpi at final print size. If you are unsure, our design team can prepare or check your artwork — ask about our artwork preparation service when requesting a quote.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order applies to most of our print products. You can order as few or as many copies as you need. Pricing per unit decreases at higher quantities — include your required quantity in the quote form and we will provide tiered pricing options.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Express turnaround (1–2 business days) is available for select products at an additional cost. Turnaround does not include delivery time — allow extra time if items need to be shipped.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital soft proof is emailed for your approval before any job goes to press. No job starts production without written approval from you. Physical hardcopy proofs are available on request for large or colour-critical runs and may incur a small additional fee.
What colour mode should my file be in?
All files should be supplied in CMYK colour mode. If you submit an RGB file, our prepress team will convert it to CMYK before printing, which may cause colour shifts — particularly with vibrant reds, oranges, and blues. For colour-critical work, we recommend supplying a CMYK file with Coated FOGRA39 or ISO Coated v2 colour profile.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes to both. Completed orders can be collected from our Mountain Creek, QLD location. We also ship Australia-wide via tracked courier. Delivery costs and estimated transit times will be included in your quote.
